Zero Tolerance Policy
The goEzz service is designed with the safety of all our users in mind. To further our safety objectives, goEzz maintains the following zero-tolerance policies.
Drivers reported to have violated one or more Zero-Tolerance Policies may be promptly suspended pending an investigation. Those found to have violated one or more of the Zero-Tolerance Policies will be deactivated per the law and terms of the agreement.
- Impaired driving, including using, possessing, or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol while servicing the goEzz rides.
- Illegal use of a mobile device while driving.
- Discrimination against any rider or user based on race, color, national origin, citizenship or immigration status, religion, creed, sex, gender identity or expression, sensory, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, age, sexual orientation, veteran or military status or any other classification protected by state or federal law.
- Carrying or brandishing weapons while servicing goEzz rides, to the extent applicable law permits.
